What's up with 3 and 4G this morning. Very little response from Virgin if you ring them. As much use as a chocolate teapot......
Will we get a refund on our monthly charges for loss of service? Very much doubt that......
Welcome to the Community Forum, I'm sorry that you are experiencing poor signal on your mobile. We currently only offer 3G service, but 4G is currently in the works to be released soon.
