I also was due to get a phone delivered yesterday, waited in but nothing!!! rang customer services today and got parcel id number which is not supplied by vm as standard just a number that yodel site dosen't recognise, now it should be delivered tomorrow not overly impressed as this is third phone i have had from vm and had delivery problems with two of them although first handset problem was due to ups!! all yodel site had to say no delivery attempt today (as in yesterday) obviously no one working in my area, not great service considering handset was received at the delivery service centre at 05:47 yesterday morning
Phoned VM today, had a hard job getting someone, but a kind person was there.
She told me that the phone's had not been delivered to Yodel until 6.30 that evening, so that was the reason I did not receive them, so this is Virgin's fault........"Thax So Much For Ruining My Saturday".
Now I have to wait in Monday all day, yet again, as Virgin again messed up.
This really stink's, as I ordered those phone's in the early afternoon, and was told they would be there the following day, had the e-mail as well.
The tracking is a joke, as none of it works tried all the number's, but I do know the woman at VM done something to get the info.
