Seems that "every" time I need to get a travel pass ...IT NEVER works for me as well....ALWAYS get the same message : "Whoops..........!!!!"
that's for 10/25/100 or 250 mb !!!!

I do get in touch with 789...and it's fine, I can get data roaming plan but a "simple" text to 23456 would be so much easier ...OR simply don't say on website that is possible to do it via 23456 BECAUSE it is NOT !

Please call our technical team on 789 (any Virgin Mobile Phone) or 150 (Virgin Land line) or 0845 6000 789 (from any other Landline) open between 8am-8pm Mon-Sun so we can look in to this further for you.
I'm queued up for Eurotunnel and getting the same response when I try to but 250mb. It also says to text HELP to 23566 but when I do, it can't process that either. I can't call the help number because itll be a couple more hours before their shift starts, and I'll be in France already by then.
Ok, maybe next time, since I'm back now and didn't have access to read your answer. Do you have any comment on the erroneous advice texted back when I tried in the uk? It should say 'only available abroad' not 'text HELP' when HELP doesn't even work.
