Whenever I try to text "help" or any other command to 23456 I get a "Whoops looks like we cannot process that"
Also if I try to reach Virgin through my mobile device (I am in the UK) using : 789 it just drops the call so it never works.
I got a Samsung Galaxy S4 (SGH-1337M) unlocked.
23456 is the short code to use from abroad. I don't think it does work in the UK.
789 though should make a call to the Virgin mobile team. - Have you got a good signal?
You can also contact the team on 0345 6000 789

assuming then that you have no problem dialing out to other numbers, I can only think that the network may be "busy" and that you should try again.
789 when dialed from a Virgin mobile should connect to the Virgin mobile customer service.
I suggest that you try again, hopefully it will connect
