why has the useless virgin media removed spotify app

why remove apps people actually use then replace them with useless apps  and expecting customers to put up with your so called 'upgrades' By down grading what is a laughable service.... I turned my TiVo on as I use some of my play lists as a therapeutic  back ground to find TiVo no longer has the app..... what..... virgin is not only useless it costs me more in one hour than most people pay over two months for a useless services..... NO WARNING .........  then you say when you enquire after the nightmare automatic phone response that hijacks half a morning that Spotify is no longer on the system.......

Re: why has the useless virgin media removed spotify app

There has been a message displayed before the Spotify app launched on TiVo for the last couple of weeks to advise it will be removed on Monday 4th July

There is also a Customer News item here https://my.virginmedia.com/customer-news/articles/tivo-app-updates.html

Re: why has the useless virgin media removed spotify app

To be honest - I think some people discovered it had gone before the beginning of July and with no warning.
