what's wrong with area 09, no bb, no tv nothing

nothing working for 2 days now, no bb, no tv, no phone. what's the problem and when will it be sorted?

It may be days before you get an official response on this forum, you'd be better phoning VM to get an update on the situation.

Check the "Service Status" webpages via the link under your username above. If no issues are reported that relate to your problem then assume only you are affected & ring faults via 150 from a VM Mobile or 0345 454 1111 from others.
