I'm sorry that you're having trouble using On Demand and apps via TiVo® at the moment. I wanted to pop by and see how things are today? If you're still getting this error then please let me know, I'm here to help if you need me.
I have taken an initial look at the TiVo® box remotely and all looks fine signal wise currently. If you are still getting trouble using On Demand or Apps let me know and I can check further.
