im trying to watch someone on catch up/on demand but when i try it says to check my internet connection. my internet is working as im typing this message.... but cannot watch the programme.
It's a separate internet connection to your tivo box and your modem so one obviously isn't working correctly. Need to give 150 a ring if you need it fixing asap
