Do not know how to complain about this as it is difficult to contact virgin about problems which is an example of the poor service provided in the first instance. Vevo is a terrible replacement for on demand music. How virgin can replace a provided service which is one of the factors we pay the high costs with a basically free app is beyond me. To make it much worse though the app through tivo does not work. It is slow, freezes and is not fit for purpose. I would appreciate some feedback from virgin on this as it is not acceptable.
It is ok launching vevo and stating how good it is but it does not work. It is a free app replacing a service that was part of virgin media payments and I notice there was no rebate of monthly fee. To make matters worse the service does not work, it is slow and does not work sometimes and constantly freezes. This needs to be made fit for purpose ASAP or I will be moving to another provider.
