I have a problem with my Tivo Box in that it keeps pixellating. This happens at the same time every day, always between 3 & 4 and can last for anything upto 2 hours, after which it stops! I have checked all cables and connections and they are fine. There is enough space around the box for ventilation (the fact that the pixellation stops after a time would rule over heating out?)
anyone else have this problem? Has anyone any ideas?
Welcome to the community, I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you'er experiencing with your TV service at the moment.
I've been able to locate your account to run some tests on the set top box, at the moment we're seeing no problems with the TiVo at the moment. I'm in the office until 4PM today so I'll get another test run between 3 / 4PM later and I'll let you know what I find

I have carried out various checks for this and at present the signal/power levels are fine. Given you've checked the connections and ensured the box is well ventilated I will arrange for an engineer to call out and check it out for you.
