My box has not connected since 12th April at 10.24. The guide is now running out will my series links still record?
How do I get the box to connect?

Do you switch your box off at night? It should connect a few times a day. Try this before you call in
Home, Help & Settings, Clear or Reset TiVo Box, Clear Programme Info & Planned Recs, enter your PIN, thumbs down the times, then LAST CH.

When the EPG data gets a little out of date the best way to keep it recent is to follow the method below:-
From the remote:-
Home>>>Help and Settings>>>Settings>>>Network>>>Connect to Virgin Media service now.

Amazingly it connected about 30 mins after I posted on the forum, everything now working OK
