tivo set it all up and keep geting to the verifying info and then it says could not verify info

hi had my tivo tv box to day and instulled it and actvated it and when i get the the installing software screen it get to the last thing and says verifying ( could not verify info and then the next screen says network error (c119)    i have tryed pulling the power for a bit and redoing it but still the same can someone help plz thanks
