Got my TiVo today to replace the old V+ box in our bedroom.
Now its stuck on configuring IP connection and keeps coming up with the Error 7011. I have called the tech line said leave it 45 mins and it will be activated and that was 4 hours ago and still going round saying Error 7011. We have no internet upstairs either never have.

I'm very sorry that this has happened and would love to help here. I've been running some needed tests and I have been able to find the issue residing with downstream power levels on the TV and also the same issue on the Hub.
