hi signed up for new tivo box but heard nothing since,when do we actually get the box?

Are you already an existing customer? If so, are you upgrading to the TiVo® or the new V6 box? Give the team a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 for them to check why the upgrade hasn't gone through.
