Hi were having problems with our Tivo box. It wont give us any TV listings and is taking an really long time to switch chans or infact its taking a long time to do anything. It wont play recordings without glitching and such.
Ive tried to reconnect to virgin network but it does not even seem to want to do that.
Getting really annoyed with it now as we have even tried to call and got nothing but automated answer saying that it is checking our system but then we still get no reply. also our telephone line seems to have stopped working which is also a real pain.
