tivo box

hi my tivo box recordings are pixilating,freezing and jumping.

while you will get a response from VM here it will be quicker calling this in - if an engineer is required you might even get a weekend appointment.

Thanks for coming back to us on this.

 

I've managed to run the tests again on the hard drive and I'm now able to detect a small error. This will need an engineer to the property to investigate further.

 

I'll now send you a private message to arrange this. To view this click on the red envelope on the top left.

I've been able to locate your account to take a closer look at this from our end for you. We're not detecting any issues from our end at the moment. Does this issue occur on all recorded content?

the tivo recordings freezing etc.are happening on 90% of recordings in the last 8 days.

I'm sorry to learn that the TiVo's not been up to scratch, I'd like to offer you some support.

 

I've been testing the connection and have noticed that some of your signal levels are operating below what I'd like for the TiVo service and would need some adjusting. I'd like to arrange a friendly visit from one of our engineers and I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little purple envelope near the top right of the page.
