one of my original tivo boxes has become extremely sluggish when going through the menus and almost all recording suffer from pauses and stuttering, tried resetting etc but still the same, is the box done?
Virgin pushed a firmware update out to TiVo boxes which has caused performance issues. You might also notice that things aren't recording, claiming that they're no longer in the planner or that the box was powered off. This is down to the update. Hopefully they'll send a fix out soon.
