tivo box has started rebooting itself willy nilly

Apologies for the issues you are currently having with the TIVo® box rebooting itself. That's not quite right and i'll be happy to look into things for you.
Looking at the account it looks as though your downstream power levels need adjusting. I've send you a private message to arrange a suitable time for an engineer to come and visit.

Hi, The Tivo box problem has now been solved. I had to phone the help line an engineer came within 36 hours and fitted a new tivo box
