been with virgin about 4 years now and my tivo box is getting very slow and i have to reboot my router once a month now - has anyone had any experiences like this? do the tech prodcuts have a shelf life ?

I'm sorry to learn about the slow TV here, I would like to help but haven't been able to look into this. I'm sorry to read that the TiVo is being slow in the home. I have been able to runn some tests and she's working well, which is a good sign.
I was able to see that there is some work to be carried out today and tomorrow on the services to ensure the improvements go ahead. I would like to ask if you could possibly bump this thread after tomorrow?
