tivo box painfully slow

been with virgin about 4 years now and my tivo box is getting very slow and i have to reboot my router once a month now - has anyone had any experiences like this? do the tech prodcuts have a shelf life ?

Yes I am also having the same issues after 4 years. Seems way behind the new Sky Q which I used at a friends last week. Might be time to move on as TiVo does not appear to be doing the same.

Welcome to the community and thank you for posting. 

 

I'm sorry to read that the TiVo is being slow in the home. I have been able to runn some tests and she's working well, which is a good sign. 

 

I was able to see that there is some work to be carried out today and tomorrow on the services to ensure the improvements go ahead. I would like to ask if you could possibly bump this thread after tomorrow?
