tivo box out of sync

we have a tivo box in the living room  the tv keeps  going out sync it is not the tv as it is new this is so annoying  tried unplugging the tivo box but still same thing happening  please help  we have v+box upstairs but that is fine

On the tivo change the audio option from dolby to PCM
