tivo box keeps cutting out and wifi slow

my tivo box has to be restarted at least once a day because nothing works. it doesnt reconise the internet connection. once rebooted i get the programes back up but have to reset the internet connection and password etc. its a total pain in the backside, especially as im paying £82.50 a month for something that is not working properly. my internet is also extremely slow and i changed to virgin media because i was promised fast wifi. can someone tell me what can be done.

What did the Faults team say when you talked to them?

You'll get an immediate response if you give them a ring on 150 (from 08:00 until midnight, every day), or use the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page to initiate a live chat (from 08:00 until 20:00, Monday to Saturday)
