when tivo first came out we paid £99 for the privilege, soon got a full refund when we found out there was no red button(wasn't told) but just gone back to VM after being with sky and low and be hold red button is buffering not only that but it says ur internet maybe at fault. VM provide my internet so who is at fault here,had new tivo box in and still the same. sick of VM and the worst call centre ever encountered. cant wait till my contract is over, never again will i ever join VM. sky gets a 10 from len and me.
