tivo box and tv not working

I have been away for 5 days with the tivo box and tv on standby.  I now have no tivo or tv working - everything seems dead - no lights nothing!!!  please help.

can you activate the tivo or not buy pressing power button or the switches on front is it tottaly off could be issue or offline you need quick responce if the tivo isnt working team can get back to u once responded excustomer jonni

The lot came back on last night - haven't a clue why. Worked ok this am. Just got back from being out for a couple of hours - all dead again! Bet Richard Branson doesn't get this problem!

I've located your account and your TiVo® is currently showing as online, however your equipment levels display a high number of timeouts at the moment.

 

I'd like to arrange for one of our field engineers to come out and take a look at this for you, particularly if you're still experiencing bother with your service.
