tivo account setup

hello when I go to tv guide on my TiVo I get service message accout setup your account is not set up correctly I phone virgin up and they just keep saying they send something down the line and wait 10 mim but no joy any ideas cheers lee

I'm sorry to hear about the TiVo not working as it should be, I've been looking into this and I can see that work has been attempted but now result.
