I've been having troubles with Tivo for the last few days, its not been displaying any program data on the channels..
Tried restarting and that did nothing; so did a full reset and now it goes to the "installing software.." page and then won't go past preparing. (says to check cables..)
All cables are fine. Now I have no TV service at all.
Anything I should try before calling for help?
