Thank you for coming back and posting I'm sorry that the TiVo's being slow, it's never fun.
I have been able to test the TiVo and found that there are some T3 Timeouts that may need some looking into but this would need a reboot first.
Can you give the box a reboot and let me know if there's been any change?

it took so long to complete the reboot I thought I had killed it, however not only is it back, its back to normal speed again, thanks for the assistance, much appreciated
That's brilliant news and certainly what I like to see!
These things can happen from time to time, what's important is that when you do just pop myself, or the Team a message and one of us look into any future issues you may be going through

Had to give it another boot today, although its better it still has the occasional slow menu, will make do
