My TIVO box has been slow for months, takes around 20 seconds when going to TV guide or selecting a prog on catch up. Disgusting considering the package is so extortionate and now just got a letter saying it's going up next month!
This problem seems to have gone on forever, the reason given is that Virginmedia is getting more and more popular, good, but at what cost? Surely a good supplier plans for a growth in business and reacts accordingly. I would appear VM has been caught unawares of the current growth, hence a service getting slower and poorer.
It seems to me the time is getting very near to seeking another supplier that can supply the service that is fit for use. A service that WAS available once upon a time, from VM

I am very sorry that there have been some disruptions on the TiVo, after going through some tests I was able to see some issues in regards to any broadband you may have in the home. The TiVo was looking well at the moment of my tests.
This would require some assistance from and engineer and whilst they are there can have a look at the TiVo to ensure that there isn't anything that I am missing here.
