sky sports

I have same problem as previously stated - accessing sky sports. I have tried all earlier suggestions, and now suspect my passcodes must be blocked by sky. Can you help please ?

I would like to ask if you can possibly try this whilst on a different device and also clearing the cache and reinstalling, re registering would be best.

Ben, I have tried as you suggested, although I can play T.V. channels through my mobile phone (alternative device) , cannot play sky sports.Will now give-up on, as it is more time and trouble and complicated, than it's worth......Thanks anyway
