Hi I've had really poor signal on my tivo vox for the last two days. The screen keeps going blank and an information box keeps popping up saying there is a problem with the signal on this channel (w02)
I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error, I'd like to help check this out for you. I have connected to your box remotely and all is looking fine today. There's no detectable signal or power level faults present at the moment.
Can you please tell me how things are today? If you're still getting this error, give the box a reboot (In not already done) to refresh things over, if this don't help tell me more if it is affecting all or some of your channels.
