setting up new Tivo box problem

I've set it up but for nearly an hour it's been on the page "Updating - Stage 1 of 3", twice it's reached the end & begins to load up 1 again instead of going onto 2, has this happened to anyone else? How long should I wait? Thanks

Phone in. You have a problem which will probably need someone at VM to sort out. 150 free from a Virgin phone otherwise 0345 454 111
