Hi I have no tv guide can't record programs.plus I get this message repeat guided setup asap.any help would be great thanks.
Did you self install? If so you will need help I think as something may have gone wrong.
You could try home-help-settings-network-connect to VM services but I've not seen that message before so a phone call might be best.

I'm sorry to hear that you're TV guide isn't working. I can see you have an engineer calling round to get this sorted for you which is great to see.
