recording error " no longer in guide"

dear everyone 

 

i am am a new user of the tivo box and I am suffering a large number of recording failures with the message "no longer in guide ".

 

any suggestions as as to how to solve this rather frustrating situation.

The fault occurred with all the recordings set for a whole evenings across a couple of days (  the unit was in standby)

I believe this is a known error in the firmware on the TiVo. Give customer services a call.

Massage an ego, click the kudos button. If someone answers your question, mark it as helpful.

Welcome to the Community!

Sorry to hear you're having TiVo® trouble.

 

We need to try and get the box to update it's guide data. Can you press Home on the remote control and select 'Help and Settings', 'Settings', 'Network' and then 'Connect to Virgin Media TV Service Now'.

 

Let me know if the TiVo® updates or if it gives you an error.
