"starting up"

Ive had the "starting up" message since last friday. 2 red lights and 2 green lights are showing on my tivo box. I dont have time to phone virgin media as im always kept on the line for absolutely ages going over the same things over and over again.

can an engineer be booked via this post please?

Welcome to the community, I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing an issue with your TiVo® over the last few days. 

I can see that a technician has now been booked to call out and investigate further.
