If there was a power cut, the green street cabinet may have been affected also. Virgin should be aware of any issues but give them a ring and speak to faults to see what they're doing about it. Should be back up and running soon.
For services to operate there must be power to the main area node cabinet & all the cabinets with powered amplifiers between you and the node cabinet. If the power is still off to any of these cabinets the service will not return until it is restored.
