i have moved with virgin to my new address four months ago
my broadband seems slower and several times somer hannles on tv are pixelating and dropping sound. particularly c5
occasionally it doesnt pick up bt sport at all .
it has also been crashing occasionally and rebooting itself.
i have now got two boxes downstaris with a router.
trying to use the smart tv on the tvs upstairs is impossible
wehn the egineer installed he did say the signal needed boosting so he used some additionl bit of kit i think
do i need to call you or can you do tests remotely?
