Hello, we are having problems when playing recorded programs on our Tivo box.
The tv screen freezes and takes some time to come back on and does this several times. It seems to always be at the end of the programs and started about 3 months ago.
I have checked all cables and connections and reset box but fault is still present.
I have raised this issue several times by phone but all they say is they will run some test and call me back but they never do.
I've seen some posts about faulty Tivo boxes and I'm starting to think this could be the case with mine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My guess is your hard drive is dying. Phone in and book an engineer

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with recordings freezing up. I would like to check this further for you.
