on demand

Been trying to watch new Hunters series Episode 1 for last 2 days but cannot get it from on demand-just states on demand not available. Done the test everything OK. I am in region 30. Tivo also seems really slow and I have given up on the Netflix app and resort to using my computer. Any ideas?

For the on demand issue try home-help-settings-network-connect o VM. Might work

for the slowness see the post 'TiVo update' at the top of the board

Am trying to watch premier league world on on demand and getting same issues,have had this for a while,yet another issue along with slowness of menus!

Come on virgin media,get the new box into operation
