hi ive been trying to watch films etc on demand for the last week and just keep getting error message 6096 please help

Can you please get back to me with the following details:
* Name of film ordered.
* Roughly what time was it ordered?
* Was it HD or SD?
* Path taken to locate the film/programme (Home > On Demand > Movies etc)
1 or 2 examples would be great
I have had an initial look at your boxes remotely and all looks great signal and power level wise. There's no high demand issue affecting the network you're connected to right now.
