no tv guide

hi my tv guide wont load been like it 3 days a reboot option came up when we switched it on this morning but it still didn't connect,what can i do to sort this please.

I'm really sorry to hear that your TiVo® TV guide has been giving you a bit of grief lately, and I'd love to help you out. I've run some connection tests and all is looking good at the moment, some times after a reboot it can take a little time for everything to load. 

How are things looking there now? If you're still experiencing issues, please let me know and I'll investigate further for you.
