I cannot access Netflix or Youtube on my TiVo box. It says "press red" however nothing happens when pressed.
How do I fix this as I have tried troubleshooting and there are no apps of any kind in my Apps and Games menu on my TiVo box that I can access to reset or reinstall.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble access Netflix and YouTube, I'd like to help check this out for you. How are things looking today?
If you're still getting the same issue, let me know and I can check further. I have had a look at your box remotely and all is looking fine at present signal and power level wise.
Here are a couple of things you can try if the Apps still aren't working:
1. If not already done, reboot the box to refresh things over.
2. If step one hasn't worked, carry out a service connection. To do this, follow these steps:
HOME > HELP & SETTINGS > SETTINGS > NETWORK > CONNECT TO MY VIRGIN MEDIA SERVICE NOW.
This process will take usually around a few minutes to complete but can take a little longer. Let me know how you get on afterwards, I'm here to help if you need me.
