Switched off Tivo box as suggested and went away for 5 weeks. Turned it back on to find the channel guide reads " to be announced".
Have been into Help and Settings and connected to Virgin Media - to no avail.
Not sure who suggested turning it off for so long. TiVo needs to be keep in standby at least because it gets updates from the network everyday.
Youll need to phone in for them to reactivate your service.

Same problem for weeks, stuck at 6% connecting to network regardless of how many time I reset it.
