no broadband +tv

Hi is anyone having the same problem as me no tv and broadband last week and again this week on 09 Febuary morning and again this morning what is the problem with Virginmedia it's never been this bad

Have you checked the VM website. You could have a fault in your area that needs fixing. If nothing is reported there I would phone in and report the issue. Unless someone reports it they can't fix it. If it turns out to be just your box & BB they'll send an engineer
