network error

Hi, I have two tivo boxes one is showing flashing green heart light, and will only show the channel it is on when changing to a new channel shows that the channel is not available, I have reset box and this solves problem for a day or two, but problem returns. This is a new box and replaced a box showing the same fault (4 weeks ago). The other tivo box shows network error c130 with no on demand, have reset but still have same fault, this box changes channel ok. There are TV service issues in my area, but they are not related to my problems that have been going on for several weeks. Please help

Could try home-help-settings-network-connect to VM. Then reboot

if that doesn't work I think you'll need an engineer.

Have been onto 150 and spoke to a very nice lad in Swansea. The problem was to do with the way they had setup my network and have now resolved the issue and updated both boxes which are now working 100%. Many thanks for your reply

A further update:- second box started playing up again with heart light flashing, rebooted worked ok for 48 hours then started flashing again, called 150 (India) and an engineer called following day, changed to a new amplifier in street box, problem now resolved.
