netflix.

I am having a problem setting up to the 6 months free offer on Netflix ,I have put in number and letters code but it says this has been used  .So how do you set this up as this is the only code I have .

I'm sorry that the Netflix 6 months free hasn't been added, I would like to know if you've been able to check your email? The code should have been sent to the relevant email address Smiley Happy

They say they have the code but it says is has already been used therefore that means they did receive the email.
