Every time I watch a tv show or film on Netflix it is guaranteed that at least once it will buffer and then i'll get the message 'we're having trouble playing this title at the moment. Please try again later or select a different title'. If i wait a few minutes it'll normally load and work again, but it would be nice if i could watch a whole episode or film in one go!
i have signed in and out of netflix and the problem still persists. any help would be appriciated

I'm sorry about the Netflix not loading properly and buffering, I'd like to help here.
I've been running some tests on the services supplied into the home and I've been able to see that the services aren't connecting to the network. I'd like to investigate this further and I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little purple envelope near the top right of the page.
