my computer is no longer registered as a device

Had to re-register my computer yesterday and today tried to watch football and I need to register the device again - which I obviously can't do 'cos I had to do it yesterday! What is going on with TV Anywhere?

Have you just upgraded to Windows 10?

 

I've had a couple of issues with registration since

No - but I am on Windows 10. It worked fine yesterday after I re-registered and today for a bit - lost sound on my PC - rebooted and now not a registered device.
