First thing to make sure is that you are in a Virgin serviceable location, as Virgin do not use BT lines to deliver services like all other providers. From VM's main website, any of the sales pages should give you access to the postcode checker. Put in your postcode & house number & this should confirm what services are available if any.

I have checked the post code checker and it's ok,I haven't been back to virgin media yet as we will have to pay £369 to leave our current provider and I can't afford to throw that amount of money away,we'll have to wait until nearer the time to change,thanks.
