is my new tivo box broken

when I turned on my new TiVo box it tried starting up twice then said no signal, is the box broken?

Ensure the cables are all in tightly - and not kinked.

Everything seems in place, I've tried a different hdmi lead incase it was that still nothing, it's very annoying I've had no tv since Wednesday

I'm sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your new TiVo box at the moment, I've located your account to run some tests and I'm seeing the box as online and functional at the moment, so fingers crossed everything is working as it should?
