I have been looking into this and have been able to see that the TV services have been working well. I'd like to ask if there's been some change since you wrote in and if not, can you tell me if this is happening at a certain time of day?
I have been looking into this and I'd like to know if this is something that is going on in the evenings only? I have checked the services and would like you to reboot the box and check how things are running now?
I have had a look at this for you and I have found there is some high demand on the network right now that will cause issues with Apps running/buffering etc.
This has now been escalated to our network engineering team to work on. It can take some time to resolve due to the nature of the work required to alleviate any high demand issues. If things haven't improved over the next week, please don't hesitate to give us a shout and request an update.
