intermittent error c130 on Netflix

I have tivo and every time I watch Netflix after a while of watching it buffers to 25% then stops. After rebooting the box and waitng for a flashing green light to stop flashing I can access Netflix again and continue watching but this is very annoying

I've been reading this and I'm sorry to learn that you've been having some issues on the TiVo, I can certainly help here.


I've been testing the connection and from what I have found there is some issues on one of the tuners on the TiVo and other boxes are offline.


I would like to help and these boxes would need some adjusting, this would require an engineer. I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little purple envelope near the top right of the page.
